Question by shameless women’s advocate: How can u tell the difference between squirting and regular orgasm?
How can u tell the difference between squirting and regular orgasm? I am pregnant and when my husband and I make love sometimes I feel like i have to pee and holding it prevents me from having a orgasm. I thought the feeling was from the baby pressing on my bladder. I posted a question about and was told that it was not me having to pee but it could be what is called squirting. How would I know the difference between squirting and having to pee?

not alot of women can ‘squirt’ if its when your having an orgasm just see what happens as if you “squirt” its the equivilent of a male cumming. most women just have an orgasm & get wetter, with a small ammount of cum, the urge to pee is the urge to come, it will, “squirt” or dribble out so dont be alarmed. but enjoy yourself!! x

Best thing you can do to make the difference really clear. Is to empty your bladder as much as possible before sex. I was unsure of that when pregnant too. Plus emptying your bladder before and after sex decreases your risk for a UTI (note you may still have a risk for it).
