Whats the difference between Bay Leaves, Laurel Leaves, and Bay Laurel Leaves? Are they all the same thing. Which one is the one you buy dried at the grocery store for cooking. Can I use bay laurel for cooking? Will it give the same flavour?

The bay leaves you buy are from the Bay Laural tree. There are several types of Laural. All Bay leaves are from the Laural but not all Laural leaves are Bay.
